WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Our standard shipping method is US Postal Service Media Mail. Delivery may take 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. After you place your order, we may require 1 to 2 business days for order processing, so if you don’t receive a shipment notification right away, please wait a couple of days.
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping services. We apologize for the inconvenience.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International ordering will be rolling out within the coming weeks.
I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you contact Customer Service within 30 days, we can replace the item or provide you with a refund. Click here for more information on our Return Policy.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship pre-orders a few days before their Street Date and try to ensure they arrive on, or slightly after, the Street Date. Exact delivery date may depend on your location and shipping method. You can find the Street Date on your order confirmation email, or on the Product Page of the item you ordered.
