The Legend of Bob Marley
The Sound of Vinyl’s Legend of Bob Marley collection features some of the iconic Jamaican musician’s greatest works. Known for playing a key role in the rise of genres like reggae and ska, Marley was born in 1945 in British Jamaica. In 1962, he recorded his first singles and started his first band, the Teenagers. By the end of the 60s, Marley was well on his way to becoming a major force in the new genre of reggae.
