Van Morrison
George Ivan Morrison, better known by his performing moniker Van Morrison, is one of Ireland’s most beloved musicians. Morrison was born in Belfast in 1945, and it wasn’t long after his birth that his father exposed him to his massive collection of jazz, blues, and folk records.
