CHOPIN: 24 Préludes, Op. 28 (The Original Source Series)

$39.98

He was considered one of the best pianists of our time: the recently deceased Maurizio Pollini. His Chopin interpretations also set standards, as did the recording of the 24 Preludes, which has been a cult classic since it was first released in 1975. As part of The Original Source Series, the album is now being released on vinyl again; for reasons of audio quality, the page break has been set differently than in the original release.

To mark its 125th birthday, Deutsche Grammophon started re-releasing legendary recordings in the highest sound culture: the audiophile vinyl series The Original Source. The sound differences to the original releases are considerable.

The copies of this series are limited and numbered on 180g vinyl records and in a deluxe gatefold edition with original covers and texts, accompanied by additional photos.
