WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Our standard shipping method is US Postal Service Media Mail. Delivery may take 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. After you place your order, we may require 1 to 2 business days for order processing, so if you don’t receive a shipment notification right away, please wait a couple of days. 


At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping services. We apologize for the inconvenience.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Orders placed on our website can be delivered internationally. Text-message orders can only be delivered within the USA. Orders outside the USA are shipped via DHL Express. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Click here for more information on our Return Policy. If you contact Customer Support within 30 days of receiving the item, we may be able to replace the item or provide you with a refund. 

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?

We ship pre-orders a few days before their Street Date and try to ensure they arrive on, or slightly after, the Street Date. Exact delivery date may depend on your location and shipping method. You can find the Street Date on your order confirmation email, or on the Product Page of the item you ordered.
